Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ChloBo jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all pieces are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original ChloBo presentation box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at your nearest authorized drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
